We offer families who choose to breastfeed the support and information they need to achieve their goals, while respecting their values and wishes.

Our main service is support from a breastfeeding sponsor. These are volunteers with breastfeeding experience and specific training in breastfeeding, so they can provide support and information with the right resources.

We offer weekly talks and drop-ins throughout the region. An IBCLC lactation consultant is on hand, unless otherwise indicated, to answer more specific questions.

Need to rent a breast pump to help you reach your breastfeeding goals? We have many partners in the region who offer rentals and loans.

A well-adjusted breast pump will give you optimum results and prevent injury. We now offer breast pump flange adjustment consultations at our Vaudreuil location.

We offer a prenatal workshop focusing on breastfeeding. This 2-hour online workshop will give you all the information you need to start your adventure with confidence!
